Kirsty & Brad's Wedding at The Tudor Barn, Belstead
Updated: Sep 22
The Tudor Barn is as local as it gets for me: it's about four minutes from my front door. It mixes the old and the new really well, and it's one of my favourite places to work.

Kirsty and Brad's day
Kirsty and Brad booked me for their photography and also wanted their day filmed. For the video I brought in one of my trusted colleagues, which meant I could direct the film and still concentrate on the photos.
About The Tudor Barn
The barn itself is immaculately finished and has plenty of natural light, which is great for photos. Around it are seven acres of informal wooded grounds, with room for extra marquee space, lawn games on the lower meadow, fire pits for toasting marshmallows and even fireworks.
The Tudor Barn has its own bar and catering facilities plus a list of approved caterers, so the practical side of the day is well looked after. There's also plenty of room for a photo booth. The Photo Booth Company, which I run with my partner Anna, works really well there.
